The goal: to professionalize the management of interactions with current and potential customers, both internally and externally. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To address this challenge, we conducted a comprehensive consulting project focused on a multidisciplinary analysis of business, marketing, and technology.
