At the same time, we created a new creative line to reposition the brand&#8217;s image and reach its expectations in the market.<\/p>\n\n<p>Subsequently, we studied the entire commercial process, thanks to which we were able to detect the need to adjust the following levers: increase the efficiency of the  <em>call center<\/em>, align business needs with the operations of the sales force, increase the visibility of the company&#8217;s intermediate ratios and <em>funnel<\/em>  defining the CRM statuses, and develop a project for traceability of  <em>lead<\/em>  for sale.
