That\u2019s how Horizon came to be\u2014an event where we were joined by major clients such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.calidadpascual.com\/\">Pascual<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediamarkt.es\/es?ds_rl=1275860&amp;gad_source=1&amp;gclid=EAIaIQobChMIqOeLpdPoiQMVviBECB1LLCAuEAAYASAAEgKR6vD_BwE&amp;gclsrc=aw.ds&amp;utm_campaign=rt_search_brand_nsp_na_MM-ES-S-G-BRAND-TEXT-BRAND-PURE.BRAND-ALL-ALL&amp;utm_medium=cpc&amp;utm_source=google\">MediaMarkt<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.palladiumhotelgroup.com\/\">Palladium Hotel Group<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.securitasdirect.es\/\">Securitas Direct<\/a>, who shared real-world success stories to demonstrate the concrete impact of AI on process optimization, improved data analysis, and the personalization of their campaigns. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Showcasing Success Stories Together with Our Clients<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/mio.one\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/11\/Image-19.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9191\" style=\"width:397px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mio.one\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/11\/Image-19.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/mio.one\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/11\/Image-19-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/mio.one\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/11\/Image-19-768x576.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each case study presented at <strong>Horizon highlighted <\/strong>a unique aspect of how AI is helping our partner brands achieve their business goals. <strong>\u00c1lvaro Cabrera<\/strong>, CEO of <strong>MIO Group<\/strong>, opened the session by highlighting the fundamental role of AI combined with specialized human talent\u2014a view shared by all participants: technology is a powerful tool when integrated with human expertise.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each of the speakers shared their insights and experiences regarding the application of AI in their companies, highlighting significant results and lessons learned. <strong>Antonio Arribas<\/strong>, Head of New Business Solutions at <strong>MediaMarkt<\/strong>, opened the event by explaining how \u201cMarkt,\u201d the company\u2019s virtual assistant, has captured the attention of its customers, with 50% of website visitors interacting with it. This case study illustrated the impact of AI on digital customer service, although Arribas noted that there is still work to be done in developing soft skills\u2014an area where human employees remain irreplaceable. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the hospitality industry, <strong>Antonio And\u00fajar<\/strong>, Corporate Digital &amp; MadTech Director at <strong>Palladium Hotel Group<\/strong>, highlighted that AI has enabled the company to leverage all voice interactions in its contact center. This comprehensive analysis, which was previously very limited, now provides key insights for improving the customer experience\u2014an example of how AI can transform the quality and scope of customer service. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For his part, <strong>Nacho Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, Digital Marketing Manager at <strong>Pascual<\/strong>, shared how the company has used AI to solve a major data challenge. Previously, Pascual relied on the team\u2019s personal expertise to locate and analyze information from a large volume of documents. Now, thanks to AI, they can efficiently extract valuable insights\u2014a capability that enables Pascual to make better-informed decisions and optimize its marketing campaigns.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Creative AI for Marketing Content<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"683\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/mio.one\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/11\/Image-18-edited.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9195\" style=\"width:397px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mio.one\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/11\/Image-18-edited.jpeg 683w, https:\/\/mio.one\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/11\/Image-18-edited-300x225.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 683px) 100vw, 683px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fernando L\u00e1zaro<\/strong>, CEO of <strong>SuperReal<\/strong>, part of the MIO Group, led a panel discussion on the impact of AI on creative content generation. In his remarks, L\u00e1zaro emphasized that <strong>generative AI is a transformative tool<\/strong> capable of complementing human creativity. \u201cAI gives you a well-structured script, but the emotions still come from the human touch,\u201d L\u00e1zaro noted, stressing that creativity is \u201cmore alive than ever.\u201d  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During this panel discussion, <strong>Alberto Zornoza<\/strong>, Head of Content at <strong>Repsol<\/strong>, explained how they have used AI to create images depicting renewable fuel, a product that is difficult to illustrate. Thanks to this technology, Repsol has not only been able to meet a visual need but has also succeeded in improving users\u2019 perception of this type of product by addressing a complex topic in an accessible and engaging way. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>AI-Driven Advertising Efficiency at Securitas Direct<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Manuel G\u00f3mez<\/strong>, Lead Generation Director at <strong>Securitas Direct Spain<\/strong>, explained how the company has reduced turnaround times and improved the efficiency of its campaigns through the use of AI. At <strong>MIO One<\/strong>, we developed a library of more than 500 AI-generated images for Securitas Direct, enabling them to quickly create ad scripts and improve their conversion rate.
