In this post, I\u2019ll explain how this is done through social listening and why it\u2019s important for your brand. Through social media, these consumers voice complaints, opinions, or questions directly to brands, which can then be collected for analysis in a way that was previously unheard of: without interfering with the sample being studied. And this is perhaps <strong>the greatest significance of social listening<\/strong>.  <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>Social listening involves monitoring conversations and mentions<\/strong> related to a specific topic of interest <strong>across various social media platforms<\/strong> and then <strong>analyzing<\/strong> them to gain insights into <strong>actions<\/strong> that can be taken <strong>to improve the user experience<\/strong>.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In this way, <strong>brands are able to understand in real time the online conversation about their brand<\/strong>, as well as about their products and services.
