To achieve this, the solution was to start by designing a strategy that integrated both areas (marketing and sales) in order to optimize the budget of the recruitment campaigns to the maximum. At the same time, we created a new creative line to reposition the brand’s image and reach its expectations in the market. Subsequently, we studied the entire commercial process, thanks to which we were able to detect the need to adjust the following levers: increase the efficiency of the call center, align business needs with the operations of the sales force, increase the visibility of the company’s intermediate ratios and funnel defining the CRM statuses, and develop a project for traceability of lead for sale. The results were not long in coming.
