The Challenge

After more than a decade of investing in digital assets and media channels, BM Supermercados recognized the need to evolve its strategic and tactical approach. The goal: to professionalize the management of interactions with current and potential customers, both internally and externally.

The Solution

To address this challenge, we conducted a comprehensive consulting project focused on a multidisciplinary analysis of business, marketing, and technology. The work included:

  • Analysis of the customer experience and the conversion funnel, with a focus on opportunities for improvement.
  • Digital asset audit: website, e-commerce, app, and social media.
  • Evaluation of media channels (organic and paid): display, SEM, email marketing, and push notifications.
  • Audit of MadTech (Marketing + Ad Tech) platforms, identifying synergies and opportunities for efficiency.
