The goal: to professionalize the management of interactions with current and potential customers, both internally and externally. The Solution To address this challenge, we conducted a comprehensive consulting project focused on a multidisciplinary analysis of business, marketing, and technology. The work included: Analysis of the customer experience and the conversion funnel, with a focus on opportunities for improvement. Digital asset audit: website, e-commerce, app, and social media. Evaluation of media channels (organic and paid): display, SEM, email marketing, and push notifications. Audit of MadTech (Marketing + Ad Tech) platforms, identifying synergies and opportunities for efficiency. This project enabled BM Supermercados to redefine its digital strategy, optimize its resources, and lay the groundwork for a more effective and profitable relationship with its audiences.
